Don't be afraid to make mistakes. They are how we all learn. Without making mistakes we miss out on exploring new ideas. This concept carried out to an extreme, without a sense of ethics/morals/responsibility can be problematic. However with moderation and with a sense of awareness of yourself and others it can be very powerful. In short, avoid making mistakes that harm others. Otherwise fail fast, and fail often.
